Not only do I live close to Philadelphia, the birthplace of a nation, I also am not far from Bethlehem, where Just Born is located. They are the company that makes Peeps.
It has been a long time since I ate a Peep but last year I added a few of them to my Easter decor. It’s only fair since most of the time it looks like both Uncle Sam and Betsy Ross have thrown up in our home.
The next time you are asked where babies . . . I mean Peeps . . . come from you know what to say: Bethlehem. Wait. Wasn’t there a famous baby with a tie to Easter born in Bethlehem???
