Piper’s color palette consists of several shades of green, orange or peach (depending on your Google results or which veterinarian you talk to) and blue. I am unable to see Piper’s colors, except for the blue, which he sports only sparingly. But, wow, does it pack a big punch. It is a vibrant, striking hue.
The intricate elements of a feather are also extremely beautiful . . . and fascinating. Combine the blue color of the lower part of Piper’s wings with the complex pattern that is a feather, and you have a work of art, a masterpiece..
