The Aftermath

Posted on February 11, 2010 By Sister Rain

Many companies were still closed today, allowing everyone to dig out from the 1-2′ of snow we all received. Once again, our day of being snowbound yesterday was balanced out, unfairly in my opinion, by all the shoveling that had to occur today. But we did it and spent the rest of the day trying not to stiffen up or completely collapse.

I did a brief job search this afternoon and nothing new.

Tomorrow things will return to close to normal. Schools are still closed and the secondary roads are not that great. And there is some ridiculous talk of more snow on Monday.

Tomorrow when I do my job search, I will exchange “PA” for “HI”. Yesterday I said I have no plan. There’s my plan.

Mahalo!
