Proud To Be An Eggmerican

Posted on July 4, 2017 By Sister Rain

This was a special at the diner this morning in honor of the holiday. I didn’t choose it, but I could have. And that’s what our Founding Fathers wanted for us, the freedom to make our own choices. Obviously the fight for independence was about more important things than the strangest omelette I’ve ever heard of, but this Fourth of July breakfast option represents what is great about America: the idea and execution of something that seems absolutely crazy.

Happy Birthday, land that I love!
