This Really Bugged Me

Posted on August 18, 2017August 19, 2017 By Sister Rain

My nightly bubble bath is something I look forward to every day, the perfect way to end even the most imperfect day. Just having slipped into the water, I noticed a bug flying around the bathroom. It wasn’t buzzing and I don’t think it was a fly but I couldn’t see what it was. It did seem drawn to the light but I don’t believe it was a moth. I wasn’t scared of it but it was annoying and interrupting my relaxing soak.

The airborne intruder moved to the ceiling above me, then nose-dived right down into my bath water. Apparently one look at my naked body and its only option was suicide.

Time to ramp up my workouts  . . . and add more bubbles.
