Some people believe that the universe is always providing us with signs, all we have to do is pay attention. If you subscribe to this theory, you no doubt weigh the validity of those signals that are ambiguous. And then there are the messages that are indisputable, so blatant that they can take your breath away.
A few weeks before July 4th, I ordered a fun patriotic t-shirt from Amazon.
What I received, however, is the shirt shown above the title of this story.
Three very clear words: I HAD POTENTIAL. But what the heck do they mean in relation to me? I am still trying to figure out how they may apply to my life.
Amazon refunded the full price of the shirt but did not want me to return it. I considered holding onto it to wear at home, but I’ve decided I’m going to donate it and put it in my past. As for my potential, I’m keeping that right where it belongs: in the present.
