Canyon Coffee – Springdale, Utah

travel
Posted on August 27, 2026 By Sister Rain

Located outside Zion National Park’s south entrance on Zion Park Boulevard in Springdale, Utah is Canyon Coffee.

Sunny and 68 degrees, it was a gorgeous morning. Sitting at a table on the open-air patio with an iced vanilla latte, the unobstructed views graciously introduced me to the towering red sandstone cliffs of Zion. The cafe was surprisingly peaceful even with the constant arrival of customers and the underlying buzz that had nothing to do with caffeine but rather the palpable excitement we all felt. If it looks like this outside the park, what will it be like inside?

I didn’t want to leave but a full day of exploring lie ahead. In the same way that coffee escorts me into each new day, Canyon Coffee ushered me into Zion National Park.
