Now that that is out of the way . . .
In my recent revamp of my travel accessories, I purchased a new toiletry bag (click here for Face Lift). My hair products, lotions and potions fit perfectly, standing at attention during their transport to our destination. I have, in the past, had issues with caps coming off in my old toiletry bag, resulting in havoc-causing spills. Though confident that this new carrier will keep everything secure, better safe than sorry. I bought bottle condoms.
Technically, they are called Silicone Bottle Covers (click here), and when placed on your containers, they help to thwart leaks in your luggage, tomorrow or in nine months.
While true that this method of mess control is not ribbed for my pleasure, it is most certainly a preventative measure.
