As I put my ideas into motion and create a new purposeful life for myself, I have been inspired by amazing women who have taught me so much, both via their books and social media. Although we don’t know each other personally, I spend time with them everyday and they strengthen my determination to make my dreams a reality.
Over the last month, two of the most important people in my life have each revealed to me that I have inspired them to do something they each have wanted to do for some time. It’s difficult to explain what this means to me, but the instant tears in my eyes when they told me said it all. I have known both for over twenty years and I am so proud of them and excited about their goals. I can’t wait to watch them succeed.
An important part of life is sharing what we have been through and what we have learned. When it resonates with someone and they blend it into their own lives, it becomes theirs. I am thrilled that something I said or did created a spark but the decisions they have made to pursue their ideas is all them. After all, it’s not youspiration, it’s inspiration.
