While driving to dinner, my friend and I saw a billboard (well, SHE saw it) announcing a new Escape Room in the area. You know, where you are locked in a room with hidden clues that will lead you to the key to escape?
When she told me about it, I replied, “We are headed to a meal we neither prepared nor will have to clean up, cocktails included, our husbands are in charge of kids’ homework and bath time, bird’s snack and dog’s dinner. I would say we have made our own escape.”
