No, really. Where is the beef? As I shared in the story Seelery (click here), chopping and cutting food ingredients into small pieces can be difficult with very little sight. The issue lies in doing a good job and making the bits the correct size for the recipe, as well as the danger factor. I don’t want to hurt myself with a knife wound.
Cutting an over 2 lb. roast into tininess, once again, I work slowly and use my sense of touch and feel to gauge the size of the beef in lieu of seeing it. Hence the need for fingers. All of them.
